Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice via email or through your Calendly booking link.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a late cancellation. Out of respect for the time and energy held for you, late cancellations are not eligible for a refund or session credit.

In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule on my end, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you a full rescheduled session at no extra cost.

Refund Policy — Single Sessions

Single sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice and I will be happy to find a new time that works for you.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, the session is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.

Refund Policy — Session Packages

All session packages are non-refundable once purchased. By investing in a package, you are committing to the full transformational process — and I am committing my time and energy to support you through it.

Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will expire. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

Technical Issues

All sessions are held online. In the event of a technical issue on my end that prevents the session from taking place, I will reschedule at no cost to you. If the technical issue is on your end, please contact me as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a solution.
